Fortezza di Bardi
Imponenti sopra lo sperone di diaspro rosso, tra l'antico
borgo e la valle del Ceno, sorgono le mura di questa
fortezza rifondata dalla nobile famiglia Landi, che
dalla metà del XIII secolo lo abitò stabilmente per
425 anni. Cresciuti in potenza e prestigio, essi ottengono
dall'imperatore Carlo V il titolo di principi e la possibilità
di battere moneta. Nel '500 il castello si trasforma,
in parte, in ricca dimora padronale, con saloni |

affrescati, soffitti
a cassettoni ed una ricca biblioteca.
Oltre alle Mostre che ogni anno si susseguono è importante
la visita alla struttura militare difensiva (camminamenti
di ronda, torri ecc.), alle prigioni / sala di tortura
ed al Museo del Bracconaggio e delle Trappole. Dall'unità
d'Italia è di proprietà pubblica.

Fortezza di Bardi
Imposing, on a spur of red jasper,
between the ancient village and the Ceno valley, rise
the walls of this fortress built by the noble family
of the Landi masters of the castle for 425 years starting
from the XIIIth century. This family, growing more and
more powerful and prestigious, obtained the title of
prince from the emperor Charles V. In the XVIth century
the castle was transformed into a rich residence, with
frescoed reception rooms, coffered ceilings and a rich
library. Some very suggestive rooms and courts host
the Poaching museum and an exposition of the ancient
torture instruments. Today it is a public propriety.

Castello di Felino
Costruito dal nobile Luppone nell'anno 890, è ampliato
e fortificato nei secoli seguenti, ma raggiunge il massimo
splendore alla fine del XIV secolo sotto la potente
famiglia dei Rossi, imparentata con le più importanti
dinastie dell'epoca, Gonzaga, Pallavicino, Visconti.
Nel 1483 è conquistato da Ludovico il Moro che ne fa
spianare le strutture fortificate. Nuovamente ricostruito,
passa sotto il dominio delle famiglie Pallavicino, Sforza,
Farnese. Gli attuali proprietari, dopo un accurato |

durato 20 anni, ne hanno fatto una prestigiosa sede
per banchetti, mostre e convegni. Località: comune

Castello di Felino
Built by the gentleman Luppone at the end of IXth
century, enlarged and fortified during the following
centuries, it reaches its most magnificient period at
the end of XIVth century with the strong family Rossi,
related with the most important dynasties of the time:
the Gonzaga, Pallavicino and Visconti. In 1483 Ludovico
il Moro conquers it and has its fortifications destroyed.
After the reconstruction, it goes to the families Pallavicino,
Sforza, Farnese. Today's masters, the Alessandrini,
after a long and accurate restauration, transformed
it into a prestigious residence for banquets, expositions
and meetings. Locality: municipality of Felino,

Rocca Sanvitale di Fontanellato
La parte più antica della rocca rinascimentale, situata
al centro del borgo risale al 1200. Circondata da un
ampio fossato, è dapprima baluardo militare poi, dal
XVI secolo, diviene sontuosa residenza nobiliare della
famiglia Sanvitale, a cui appartiene per cinque secoli.
Ricca di preziosi affreschi, tra cui lo straordinario
ciclo del Parmigianino del 1524 raffigurante il mito
di Diana ed Atteone, la dimora è tuttora |

e tele. Altra
meraviglia è la "Camera Ottica" da cui, grazie ad un
sistema di lenti e prismi, i castellani potevano osservare

Rocca Sanvitale di Fontanellato
The most ancient part of the wonderful fortress
situated in the centre of the village dates back to
the XIII century. Surrounded by a vast ditch, it was
first a defensive military structure then, during the
Renaissance, a sumptuous noble residence of the Sanvitale
family, who hold it during five centuries. Rich in precious
frescoes, between which the extraordinary cycle by the
Parmigianino (1524) about the myth of Diana and Acteon,
it is still today a living house furnished with ancient
beautiful pieces and paintings. The famous 'optical
room' represents another surprising idea of the masters
to follow, from the inside and by a complicated system
of prisms and lenses, the life in the centre of the

Reggia
di Colorno
Sontuosa e monumentale
residenza dei Farnese e poi reggia dei Borbone, deve
l'aspetto attuale ai numerosi interventi succedutisi
nei secoli che raccontano anche la storia delle famiglie
che l'hanno posseduta. Dai Sanseverino, ai duchi Farnese,
che affidano il ridisegno delle facciate a Ferdinando
Bibbiena. Nella seconda metà del Settecento, Filippo
di Borbone con l'architetto Ennemond Petitot rinnova
gli arredi interni, progetta la cappella di San Liborio
e l'ampio scalone |

Nel secolo successivo la duchessa Maria Luigia d'Austria
ne fa una delle sue più prestigiose residenze. La proprietà
pubblica ha di recente provveduto al ripristino dell'ampio
giardino recuperando le forme originali. Località:

Sumptuous and monumental residence of the Farnese and
then fortress of the Borbone, it owes its present appearance
to the various interventions that, during the centuries,
its proprietor made. From the Sanseverino, to the dukes
of Farnese, who charge Ferdinando Bibbiena to design
the.facade. During the second half of the XVIII century,
Filippo di Borbone with the architect Ennemond Petitot
renews the furniture and designs San Liborio chapel
and the large external stairs. In the following century
the duchess Maria Luigia of Austria transforms it in
one of her most prestigious residences. The public proprety
restaured recently the immense garden redefining the

Castello di Compiano
La storia antichissima di questo castello posto sulla
strada che collega l' Emilia alla Liguria inizia prima
dell'anno Mille. Appartenna ai Malaspina, al Comune
di Piacenza ed ai Landi che dominarono ininterrottamente
per 400 anni. Furono i Landi a dare vita all'attuale
struttura del castello, nel 1682 venne ceduto ai Farnese
da cui poi passò ai Borbone che lo trasformarono in
caserma militare. La costruzione è di pianta trapezoidale
ed è chiusa da tre torri rotonde "alla piacentina" e

quadrata di fattura precedente, all'interno è possibile
ammirare la collezione "Gambarotta" costituita da arredi
e dipinti sei-settecenteschi lasciati in eredità al
comune, insieme al castello, dalla Contessa Lina Raimondi
Gambarotta, ultima proprietaria del maniero. Oggi il
castello, attraverso il recupero strutturale, sta vivendo
un secondo Rinascimento, quale stupenda testimonianza

Castello di Compiano
The very old story of this castle, placed on the street
joining Emilia and Liguria, starts before the XIth century.
Named Campoplano, flat field, it is part of the feudal
carolingian system. Mastered first by the Malaspina,
it goes then to the municipality of Piacenza and to
the Landi family who holds it for 400 years. Enlarged
during the Renaissance, it went to the Farnese and to
the Borbone who transformed it into military barracks.
Restaured by the municipality, it is having today a
second Renaissance as a wonderful memory of a glorious
past. Locality: municipality of Compiano, 72

originale rassegna enogastronomia di alto livello, itinerante
di castello in castello, che nelle passate edizioni ha riscosso
un significativo successo di pubblico, attirando nelle due
